About The Position
The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals providing remote, on-demand support for legal projects for client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Corporate Law Paralegal. This is a contract-based, remote position with variable hours, expected to range from approximately 10-20 hours per week.
Requirements
- High level Corporate experience
- Early-stage associate work
- STRONG M&A experience
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently
