About The Position

Blueprint Energy Solutions designs and builds resilient energy infrastructure across North America, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging, solar, microgrids, backup generation, medium-voltage infrastructure, and other commercial and industrial energy projects. Our Corporate Operations team provides the business support that enables successful project execution from pursuit through project closeout.

Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages
- Manage contracts, purchasing, and vendor relationships
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, invoicing, payroll, and accounting functions
- Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and employee development
- Maintain project documentation and compliance records
- Improve internal processes and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and field teams
