About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-forward Corporate Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. This role is integral to our day-to-day legal operations and should leverage artificial intelligence tools to increase efficiency across the department. The ideal candidate brings 3 – 5 years of corporate legal experience and a demonstrated ability to adopt and champion AI-powered workflows.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI legal or productivity tool (e.g., Claude, Clio, ChatGPT for legal drafting or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Corporate & Transactional Support Draft, review, and manage a broad range of corporate documents including NDAs, organizational documents, board resolutions and contracts.
• Maintain corporate minute books, entity registers, organizational charts, and other records for domestic and international entities.
• Coordinate due diligence processes for M&A transactions, financings, and other strategic deals.
• AI-Powered Legal Operations Operate and prompt AI legal tools to accelerate contract review, summarization, and risk flagging.
• Conduct quality-review of AI-generated output, ensuring legal accuracy before lawyer review.
• Evaluate new AI tools and provide recommendations to the General Counsel on adoption and integration.
• Operations & Administration Manage legal department calendars, deadlines, and matter management systems.
• Maintain organized, searchable digital filing systems and document repositories.
