The PACCAR Corporate IT team is looking for a highly motivated Intern who is interested in gainingprofessional IT operations experience in an industry-leading manufacturing company to joinour 2025 Internship Program in Kirkland, WA. We are pleased you are seeking an internship withPACCAR and wish you the best of luck! Requirements

  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail including ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player and able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Computer hardware and/or software troubleshooting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Progress pursuing one of the following degrees: Information Systems,Computer Science, or other related programs.
  • Junior or senior standing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide The World’s Best™ IT service to Corporate employees.
  • Install, maintain, and support PC infrastructure including hardware and software.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical problems involving PCs and related hardware andsoftware.
  • Assist with analysis of IT projects, including the definitions of requirements and acceptancecriteria
  • Assist with creation of project plans for upcoming projects
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance department operations.
