About The Position
MWEC currently has an opening for an IT Internship Summer 2026 position at our Williston, ND location. The IT Intern will be responsible to assist the Information Technology team in supporting and maintaining the organization’s technology infrastructure and application software. This internship provides hands-on experience with computer systems, networks, and user support while learning industry best practices.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous internship or relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with IT support ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of specific operating systems or software used by MWEC.
