About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Total Rewards team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to key Total Rewards functions, including compensation, benefits, and payroll. The intern will work closely with Total Rewards professionals to support projects and initiatives while gaining practical experience in a corporate environment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a passion for data and analytics.

Responsibilities

Participate in the Summer Internship Program designed to help interns explore career interests within Total Rewards and related disciplines.
Support various Total Rewards functions to gain hands-on, practical experience.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Total Rewards team.
