About The Position

As a Corporate Intern at Walmart, you will engage in meaningful projects that support business objectives while fostering collaboration across teams. The position is with the Van and third-party (3P) Delivery team, which supports Walmart’s last-mile delivery strategy by managing the handoff of online orders from stores and depots to delivery drivers. The team works to lower delivery costs, increase productivity, and ensure reliable, on-time deliveries. In collaboration with store and depot operations, it identifies and implements process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and customer experience. The intern collaborates with team members and business partners on projects and initiatives, communicates with varied audiences, supports continuous improvement using feedback and data insights, and helps deliver results that prioritize customer and member needs while maintaining cost-conscious practices.
