About The Position

The Corporate Marketing Intern will work closely with the Hilb Group’s Corporate Marketing team on day-to-day initiatives and gain hands-on experience supporting marketing and growth strategies. The role offers exposure to social media and digital marketing projects, insurance industry fundamentals, and agency operations. Interns will collaborate and network with associates across the organization and may travel to the corporate office in Richmond, Virginia, to meet other interns and company leaders and participate in a volunteer event. The internship may lead to full-time employment opportunities after graduation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about the insurance industry and support marketing initiatives.

• Preferred fields of study include Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
