This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in Real Estate operations and culture, assisting in the completion of projects throughout the summer. The internship is paid and based on a 40-hour work week, with overtime available upon prior approval. Interns will undergo a 1-2 week training and orientation period, followed by project assignments. They will shadow leaders and mentors to learn the business, provide monthly updates to the Real Estate leadership team and senior leaders as needed, and present their findings to department leadership and the executive leadership team upon completion.
