We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction & Real Estate Intern to support our team across active construction projects and real estate initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to project management, site operations, property analysis, and the overall real estate development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in construction, real estate development, or property management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day coordination of construction projects, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with contractors and vendors
- Support project managers with tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Conduct site visits and help monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality standards
- Assist in reviewing blueprints, plans, and construction documents
- Support real estate activities such as market research, property analysis, and due diligence
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for internal stakeholders
- Organize and maintain project files, contracts, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and operations
