About The Position

PNC is hiring an Analyst for its Corporate Banking – Financials and Diversified development track within Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB). The program provides broad exposure to C&IB business units, structured on-the-job development, formal classroom learning, and an intensive six-week credit training program. The track is a 2–3-year experience intended to build foundational, transferable banking skills and prepare analysts to move from development roles into production roles within PNC’s lines of business. The track includes the Financial Institutions Group, which serves and advises clients in Insurance and Diversified Financial Institutions, and the Diversified Industries Group, which serves and advises clients in Power & Utilities, Infrastructure, Energy, and Metals & Mining. Analysts develop expertise in PNC’s products and in analytics, credit, relationship management, sales, and financial modeling. Analysts join a cohort, spend the first few months in classroom learning about credit solutions and risk management, and support a specific region while based in one of PNC’s hub locations. PNC describes the role as in-office; hub locations include Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, New York, and Pittsburgh, though not all segments are available in all locations. The role is intended for recent university or college graduates with little or no professional experience who have relevant skills. PNC states it will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
