About TeenWorks Formerly known as Pro 100, TeenWorks was created in 1981 by Indiana philanthropist Gene B. Glick from a simple idea of offering teens a summer job. Today, the organization’s summer program engages teens in Anderson, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Muncie, and South Bend in a six-week summer work program that provides work-based learning and professional development. The year-round Pro program, which provides additional individualized work experiences, college tours, networking opportunities, and professional development. Alumni Services is available to all teens after high school to support them in their post-secondary path. Position Summary The purpose of the Corporate Giving & Events Manager is to maintain and grow current corporate partnerships across Indianapolis and Anderson and gain revenue for TeenWorks through these relationships. This position reports to the Vice President of Development and Communications and is an integral part of the Development Team. This position will also collaborate with other staff members on activities designed to enhance and support the overall mission of TeenWorks.
