About The Position

The Corporate & Individual Giving Manager grows Beverly’s PGH’s philanthropic network through corporate partnerships, individual giving, third-party fundraising, and strategic relationship development. This is a growth-focused role for someone energized by people, relationships, and possibilities—someone who enjoys opening new doors, sees what relationships could become, brings creativity to strategy, and takes ownership of seeing the right ideas through to results.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in fundraising, business development, sales, partnerships, account management, relationship management, or a related field—with a track record of building relationships that lead to measurable results.
  • Energized by meeting people, making connections, and opening new doors.
  • Experience turning ideas into real opportunities for engagement, investment, revenue, or partnership.
  • Enjoy exploring new approaches and figuring out what could work, and do the initial work to determine whether an idea has potential.
  • Curious and resourceful—ask questions, dig, and find answers.
  • Analyze internal data, external benchmarks, and market trends to spot opportunities and understand the why behind new approaches.
  • Research, find the right people and connections, and determine a path forward.
  • Track record of turning ideas into action and relationships into results.
  • Stay organized, manage a pipeline, consistently follow through, and create momentum.
  • Take ownership of moving work forward while recognizing that the strongest opportunities often cross teams.
  • Share what you’re learning, bring ideas and recommendations forward, and connect the right colleagues when their expertise can strengthen or expand a relationship.

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in fundraising, business development, sales, partnerships, account management, relationship management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new relationships with corporate, community, and individual supporters.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners and donors.
  • Cultivate and solicit new supporters while deepening engagement and investment among existing relationships.
  • Develop corporate giving, sponsorship, workplace giving, third-party fundraising, and individual giving opportunities.
  • Research prospective partners and bring creative ideas and new approaches to fundraising strategy.
  • Use donor engagement, giving trends, and fundraising data to identify where to focus efforts.
  • Partner closely with the Executive Director and Development Team to advance relationships across fundraising, grants, volunteer engagement, campaigns, and other giving initiatives—connecting the right team members to the right opportunities.
  • Collaborate on strategy and take ownership of moving agreed-upon ideas from concept to action.
  • Represent Beverly’s PGH through networking, community outreach, and relationship building.
