Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum two to four years proven success in fundraising/development or sales and marketing
Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and meet new people
Experience with donor database or CRM
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work a standard schedule, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of up to 150 donors through effective communication and ongoing stewardship with a goal to increase engagement and giving
Develop and implement strategies for retention, cultivation, and solicitation of existing and new donors
Utilize data and research tools to identify new opportunities and giving trends to grow contributions
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with donors using agency’s fundraising database, Raiser’s Edge NXT
Serve as a resource and collaborative team member.
Attend events as needed to engage with donors
