Capitol Services is seeking a Corporate Fulfillment Specialist for its growing team in Carson City, NV. The Corporate Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for processing orders related to public record filing and retrieval in the Carson City, NV location, working full-time, Monday through Friday.

  • Coachable with the ability to retain and implement instruction and training, and navigate current processes and systems without fear of asking questions.

  • Ability to work effectively in both a team and independent setting, fostering support and dependability towards peers while completing individual tasks within specific time constraints.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow an assigned work schedule during regular business hours in the Carson City location.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and interacting with Adobe PDF documents.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
  • Utilize systems to build transactions and release various portions of the order to coworkers, correspondents, or state/county offices for processing.
  • Access public record websites to file and retrieve publicly recorded documents.
  • Review, prepare, and submit filings, paying close attention to rules and regulations.
  • Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing.
