About The Position

Join a high-impact role where you'll lead complex facility projects from concept to completion, including office and lab renovations, MEP infrastructure upgrades, and capital improvement initiatives across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional stakeholders, architects, engineers, and contractors while managing budgets, schedules, and project execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Corporate Facilities Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, design, budgeting, procurement, execution, and closeout of enterprise-wide facility projects with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems, infrastructure upgrades including Office and Lab renovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • 7 to10+ years' experience managing MEP, infrastructure, and construction projects.
  • Knowledge and experience with CAD, BMS, MS Project, Smartsheet and SAP.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the medical device industry, and corporate office management is preferred.
  • Possesses or can obtain the following certifications (training will be provided by Insulet): OSHA-10, First Aid, CPR, and AED Training.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of CAD, Bluebeam (Rev-it), Microsoft Project and/or other design/PM platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Ability to delegate and manage the work of others.
  • Ability to organize and judge priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept through closeout
  • Develop scopes, schedules and implementation plans
  • Coordinate stakeholders and business requirements
  • Manage architects and engineers and stakeholders
  • Review drawings and specifications with end user
  • Ensure compliance with codes and standards
  • Develop ROM and detailed budgets
  • Manage forecasts and capex plans
  • Track commitments and costs with Finance Team
  • Oversee renovations and infrastructure upgrades
  • Manage contractor performance
  • Coordinate commissioning and turnover
  • Support lifecycle replacement strategies
  • Manage RFPs, bids, contracts and change orders
  • Monitor vendor performance
  • Maintain project records and closeout documents
  • Manage POs, invoices, AP workflows and budget reconciliations
