Job Summary: As an essential member of the Lucid Facilities team, the Corporate Facilities Occupancy Specialist is responsible for optimizing space utilization across the corporate real estate portfolio. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to align workplace strategy with headcount planning, business growth, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, experience in space planning, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality facility solutions.
