Omega Technical Services is seeking a Corporate Executive Assistant to support senior executives and enable effective management of corporate functions. This role is a critical extension of Omega’s leadership team ensuring our executives can operate effectively while maintaining a highly organized and professional office environment. This role conducts its duties at the front desk Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This role influences operational efficiency, employee experience, and leadership across the company. The ideal candidate has experience in and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting.
