The Communications and Corporate Responsibility (CCR) organization is seeking an Executive Assistant II to provide single-threaded support to the Vice President in our Global Corporate Communications group (GCC). This is a great opportunity to join a high functioning team with plenty of new challenges & responsibilities for you to grow and further your professional career. From day one, this role will focus on keeping the organization’s leader and team organized, informed, and on task. High-level calendar management and scheduling will require extremely high standards and attention to detail, as well as superb time management and organizational skills. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, have the ability to manage last-minute escalations with grace, and serve as a leader in the team– helping to develop, mentor, build community among, and partner with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization to get things done. You must dive deep to understand the GCC organization and business priorities, then proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements. For example, you should learn the team well enough to anticipate, schedule, plan and execute events (ranging from regular culture-building events in key offices to large-scale summits for several hundred people). This role requires professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information. You should be resourceful, forward-thinking, and a creative problem solver. We are a highly collaborative team, and in this role, are seeking someone who is both comfortable working independently, and will actively engage in helping to shape and nurture our team culture. This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
