Corporate English Trainer (Spanish Bilingual)
About The Position
goFLUENT is seeking a Spanish-bilingual Corporate English Trainer to help business professionals from diverse industries develop communication skills. The role delivers live online English lessons to professionals at leading companies worldwide, including executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists, and other industry experts. Trainers use goFLUENT’s established curriculum and teaching methodology to create interactive, supportive virtual learning environments, encourage learner participation, provide constructive feedback, and complete lesson reports after each session. The position is fully remote and freelance, with a flexible daytime schedule and a 30-hour workweek.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Comfortable teaching through video conferencing platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- PC or laptop with Windows 10 or later, or a Mac running Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma.
- For Intel computers: Core i5 12th generation, Core i7 11th generation, or equivalent and higher; for Mac: MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with an M1 chip.
- At least 8 GB RAM and 20 GB of free disk space.
- Internet connection with download and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps.
