Corporate English Trainer (Spanish Bilingual)
About The Position
goFLUENT is seeking a Spanish-bilingual Corporate English Trainer to help business professionals from diverse industries build the communication skills needed to thrive in the global workplace. The trainer delivers live online lessons to professionals from leading companies around the world, including executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists, and other industry experts. Lessons are conducted in one-on-one and small-group settings using goFLUENT’s established curriculum and teaching methodology. The trainer creates an interactive, supportive virtual learning environment, encourages learner participation, provides constructive feedback, and completes lesson reports after each session. This is a fully remote freelance position with a flexible daytime schedule and a 30-hour workweek. The role requires a dedicated, stable workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a compatible computer. Supported computers include Windows 10 or later or Mac running Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma. The listed specifications include an Intel Core i5 12th generation, i7 11th generation, or equivalent processor or newer; a MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with an M1 chip; at least 8 GB RAM; and 20 GB of free disk space. Internet speed must be at least 10 Mbps for both download and upload.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Comfortable teaching through video conferencing platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused.
- Dedicated, stable workspace and reliable internet connection.
- PC or laptop running Windows 10 or later, or Mac running Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma.
