This position is a paid, part-time, 10-week summer internship program for undergraduate students, running from Monday, June 8, 2026, to Friday, August 14, 2026. It is 100% remote and requires the intern to be located in the United States during the program. The Corporate Communications Intern will work closely with the Marketing team, supporting key initiatives across public relations, customer marketing, influencer relations, and internal communications. The role involves working on real-world projects to tell the Precisely story to external audiences and employees, gaining hands-on experience in a B2B software environment. Key deliverables include research to support the Agentic AI strategy, industry trends and competitive research and analysis, written communications, and support for customer and internal programs.

Requirements

  • Ability to research, synthesize information, and communicate insights clearly
  • Interest in public relations, corporate communications, marketing, or journalism—especially in a B2B or technology environment
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Support public relations efforts through media trend analysis, competitive research, media coverage tracking, and reporting
  • Take part in a research initiative to advance our Agentic AI strategy: uncovering gaps and informing content priorities, media targets, third-party opportunities, citation pathways, etc.
  • Support the Data Integrity Awards submission and selection process through research, promotion, coordination, and content development
  • Help research and engage with industry influencers, including maintaining contact lists and background materials
  • Assist with customer marketing initiatives, including support for the peer reviews program and identifying potential customers for storytelling and advocacy programs
  • Contribute to internal communications by supporting an intranet update project and the drafting of internal communications that will be shared companywide
  • Write, edit, and proofread corporate communications assets such as media quotes, customer testimonials, social media copy, branded content, awards submissions, and internal newsletters
  • Collaborate with team members across corporate and product marketing and the broader organization to support ongoing initiatives
