About The Position

The Corporate Card Manager is responsible for overseeing a global corporate card program, ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and a seamless cardholder experience across multiple regions. This role requires managing a complex global program coordinating across multiple time zones, and working with several banking platforms. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing day-to-day operational responsibilities with strategic program management. You will play a critical role in our Finance Shared Services team, acting as the subject matter expert for card programs and T&E technology. We are seeking a candidate who brings a "can-do" attitude and the ability to turn complex challenges into scalable, efficient processes. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Travel & Expense.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing a mid- to large-scale global Travel & Expense (T&E) card program and administering multiple banking platforms
  • Experience in manual account reconciliations, complex financial analysis and month-end close support
  • Experience with Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, X/Vlookup, complex formulas, and macro-based automation) to support strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience managing/mentoring a team and influencing stakeholders across different levels of an organization
  • Experience with corporate card compliance, financial controls, and audit requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Concur and Oracle Fusion/ERP systems
  • Experience implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or other automation tools to improve reconciliation efficiency
  • Exceptional communication, the ability to prioritize competing demands independently, and a solutions-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage a global corporate card program across multiple regions and banking platforms
  • Partner with banking institutions, procurement, and executive leadership to ensure program efficiency, scalability, and compliance
  • Monitor banking platforms daily to ensure uptime, timely payments, and proactive resolution of cardholder issues before they impact the business
  • Oversee end-to-end month-end Global card reconciliation, investigating discrepancies and maintaining "audit-ready" documentation at all times
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide leadership with visibility into compliance, spend trends, and operational KPIs
  • Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify risks and recommend cost-saving opportunities for policy & process enhancements
  • Monitor banking platforms to confirm payments are posted accurately and on time
  • Coach and mentor a small, high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Serve as the internal voice for T&E policies, facilitating training and creating resources that empower employees to navigate the system effectively
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and IT to integrate systems and streamline expense workflows for continuous improvement
  • Manage competing priorities effectively while influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and leadership levels
  • Lead meetings with banking partners, finance teams, procurement, accounting, and executive leadership
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve policies, processes, and user experience
