About The Position

Regency Centers is seeking a Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting Intern to join our Jacksonville, Florida corporate office during the spring semester 2027. This internship will provide exposure to REIT, partnership, and corporate taxation, as well as commercial real estate while reporting directly to the Vice President, Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting. We anticipate about 20 hours per week for a duration of about 12 to 15 weeks starting in January 2027. The position exists to add trained, supervised capacity during the heaviest reporting stretch of the year, when year-end close, the Form 10-K and the first-quarter Form 10-Q overlap. The intern absorbs recurring preparation, reconciliation and tie-out work that would otherwise compete with the review and analysis time of the department's accountants and directors, which protects both filing deadlines and review quality. This internship is designed to provide valuable industry exposure, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop skills in a dynamic environment.
