About The Position

Schonfeld is seeking a Corporate Access Associate to join its Corporate Access team. Reporting directly to the Head of US Broker Relations & Corporate Access, the associate will help expand the firm’s internal sell-side offering for its investment professionals. The role supports 25+ Portfolio Managers and teams on the internal platform in the US and EMEA, coordinating sell-side events and conferences. It involves substantial autonomy, regular communication with investment teams, sell-side firms, and management teams, and maintaining accurate event and meeting information.

Requirements

Understanding of buy-side and sell-side research and corporate access dynamics.
2–4 years of experience on a buy-side or sell-side corporate access desk.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize.
Enjoyment of working with multiple individuals at once.
Ability to adapt to multiple personality types.
Ability to think quickly and solve problems.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Thorough follow-up and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Support 25+ Portfolio Managers and teams on the internal platform in the US and EMEA with coordination of sell-side events.
Oversee the organization and submission of sell-side corporate access and conference requests.
Coordinate events and keep teams informed about upcoming events.
Communicate with sell-side firms and management teams.
Allocate meetings using a variety of factors.
Manage the internal meeting tracking system.
Liaise with employees to ensure the accuracy and completeness of internal information.
