About The Position

Citi’s Services organization provides cash management and trade and working capital solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations. Within Trade & Working Capital, the Core Trade Structuring Lead Specialist supports and advises Sales, Banking and Risk on client engagements involving structured core trade transactions, primarily Letters of Credit, Guarantees and related structured trade solutions. It requires technical expertise in Corporate Finance, bespoke and, where applicable, syndicated trade structures, including LMA-aligned documentation. The role manages transactions through internal approval and execution, then formally hands them over to Operations for processing and administration.
