About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora’s Green Acres Mall store delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeds sales goals, and finds innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As part of the store’s core staff, this part-time role provides reliable support through consistent schedules and responsibilities. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, and helps them express their stories through Pandora products. The role includes meeting individual and store sales goals, serving as a brand ambassador, building customer loyalty, maintaining merchandising and operational standards, and supporting and mentoring new team members. Associates are cross-trained across store functions and are expected to uphold Pandora’s values. A flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours are typically up to 12 hours during base weeks and up to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week. Availability of at least 20 hours per week is preferred, and employees are regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
Ability to arrive at work on time.
Dependability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
