Part Time Core Sales Associate
About The Position
The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is a customer-facing member of the Pandora store team who helps keep store operations running smoothly and delivers a world-class shopping experience. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, builds brand loyalty, and works to exceed individual and store sales goals. Core Staff Associates are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities. The role involves cross-training across store functions, supporting merchandising and retail operational standards, and mentoring and supporting new team members. Work hours are typically up to 12 hours in base weeks and increase to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week. Candidates should be available for at least 20 hours per week, with regular scheduling during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends. Completion of an emailed assessment is required after submitting an application.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
- Dependability and availability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
