About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is a customer-facing team member responsible for delivering a world-class shopping experience, surpassing sales goals, and finding engaging ways to attract customers. The role shares product knowledge and inspires customers to style their jewellery, helping them express their stories and passions. As part of the store’s core staff, the associate supports reliable day-to-day store operations and the team. Core staff work part-time with consistent schedules and responsibilities. The position requires cross-training across store functions, delivering on key performance indicators, and supporting and mentoring new team members. An assessment will be emailed to applicants after they submit an application.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and captivate an audience.
At least 18 years of age, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive to work on time.
Dependability for scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

Availability of at least 20 hours per week is preferred.
