About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora’s Green Acres Mall store delivers a world-class customer experience, surpasses sales goals, and finds innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As part of the store’s core staff, this part-time role provides reliable support through consistent schedules and responsibilities. The associate shares product knowledge and inspires customers to style jewellery that expresses their stories and passions. The role typically involves up to 12 hours in base weeks and up to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week. A consistent schedule and availability of at least 20 hours per week are preferred. The associate may be regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
Dependability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
