About The Position
Moonlake is building the next generation of AI infrastructure for interactive digital worlds. Our mission is to enable anyone to create, simulate, and interact with rich environments using natural language and multimodal inputs, turning simple ideas into worlds with structure, logic, and agents that can perceive and act. Our team has raised $28M in seed funding from NVIDIA Ventures, Threshold Ventures, AIX ventures and notable angels including Naval Ravikant and Jeff Dean to build the foundational layer for the future of AI - powering everything from creative tools and games to robotics training, simulations, and digital twins. Our goal is to make building and experimenting with these environments as accessible and scalable as publishing video on the internet. Moonlake is actively looking for an exceptional Core Operations hire. This role is built for a highly capable generalist who thrives in ambiguity and wants a front-row seat to building a frontier AI company hand-in-hand with executive leadership across operations, product launches, events, and company building. We consider this role ideal for a future CEO/entrepreneur.
Requirements
- Extremely high agency and ability to operate independently

- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities
- Manage high-leverage operational priorities for the CEO and leadership team
- Coordinate cross-team projects and ensure execution across the company
- Build and maintain internal processes that keep the organization running efficiently
- Own logistics for hackathons, game jams, and community events
- Coordinate developer events and creator programs
- Support the growth of Moonlake’s developer ecosystem
- Manage internal tools and operational workflows
- Help streamline recruiting operations and candidate coordination
- Build lightweight automation and workflows where possible
- Execute ambiguous projects across product, marketing, research, and community
- Solve operational problems that don’t have obvious owners
