The Core Manager is an essential member of the Rooms leadership team, dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to guests and employees. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and prioritize. The Core Team is responsible for selling the hotel, providing information to prospective guests, capturing sales from incoming calls, and coordinating reservation details for Hotel Rooms, Spa, and Restaurant/Bar. The individual is also responsible for ensuring guests have a positive experience from the start, acting as the first and last impression of the Hotel. This high-profile department ensures all communication channels, including the hotel's phone system, operate flawlessly. Successful candidates will be willing team players, comfortable with electronic systems, and willing to accept assignments on an as-needed basis to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
