Requirements

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Must be able to lift over 70 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
Strong attention to quality, safety, and teamwork
Willing to work 12-hour shifts

Nice To Haves

6 months of prior manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Repairing and trimming innersprings as they come off the machine
Attaching border wire to innerspring units using an air-powered clip gun
Lifting and placing completed units onto the overhead carrier system
Keeping your work area and equipment clean, safe, and organized at the end of each shift
