Requirements

  • You hold a college or university degree in Human Resources Management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources at a coordinator level.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Eligible to obtain Secret Clearance
  • You strive to provide a positive employee experience by collectively addressing their needs as well as those of the company.
  • You possess strong oral and written communication skills and a proven ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and induction, offer and change letters, promotions, resignations, and other employee movements, while ensuring a positive employee experience and meeting the needs of both staff and the business.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, responding independently or in collaboration with the People and Culture Manager, utilizing appropriate internal resources and ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, including needs analysis, job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interviews, preparing offers, and attending job fairs.
  • Manage the region's People & Culture programs, including recruitment, training, onboarding, and offboarding, while developing external relationships to attract top talent.
  • Maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of employee data in the HRIS (Workday), including changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Participate in organization-wide People & Culture programs, events, communications, change management initiatives, and other P&C tasks as needed.
