About The Position

The People & Culture Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the People and Culture team at the first ultra luxury U.S. hotel within the Oetker Hotels Masterpiece Collection. This immersive experience provides exposure to the full employee lifecycle while supporting initiatives that foster a culture of kindness, respect, and service excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year working as HR administrative or coordinator.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional presentation with a guest-centric mindset.
  • High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, luxury, resort or hotel settings preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process by posting positions, reviewing resumes, completing screenings and coordinating interviews.
  • Deliver a warm and professional candidate experience reflective of the Oetker brand.
  • Handle internal communication updates and programs aligned with Oetker policies.
  • Assist with internship programs, career fairs, and partnerships with local schools.
  • Help create memorable first impressions by supporting onboarding and orientation experiences.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a seamless welcome for future hoteliers.
  • Champion a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired.
  • Handle day-to-day employee inquiries on benefits, policies, payroll, leave requests and procedures with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Provide administrative support while ensuring attention to detail and compliance with company standards.
  • Respond to hotelier inquiries with professionalism, care, and discretion.
  • Assist with hotelier engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal events.
  • Contribute ideas that enhance the hotelier experience.
  • Provide leadership to create an environment, which embraces a family spirit, elegance and genuine kindness approach to the Hospitality experience, business practices and the local culture within the workplace.
