Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in training coordination, project support, or similar operational roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex training projects.
  • Strong skills in process optimization and continuous improvement of coordination activities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, oral and written, with the ability to interact with high‑level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret training data, draw conclusions, and present findings.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple large‑scale deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Experience mentoring junior colleagues and standardizing coordination practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience planning events (ideally training events) for internal and/or external customers.
  • Experience with business Learning Management Systems.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the work environment and processes.
  • Experience training customers to use applications or tools, and/or other facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage coordination of high‑priority or complex training programs with minimal supervision.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts and optimize standard work processes across projects.
  • Serve as primary liaison for key stakeholders and suppliers for issue resolution and process alignment.
  • Analyze and present evaluation and attendance data to support decision‑making.
  • Train junior coordinators and share best practices across the team.
  • Champion innovation in training delivery methods or tools (e.g., LMS use, microlearning logistics).
  • Take a lead role in significant cross‑unit initiatives or pilot programs.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain strong supplier performance.
  • Demonstrates leadership and autonomy in coordination responsibilities.
  • Proactively identifies gaps and improvement opportunities in training operations.
  • Builds trusted relationships with business units and acts as a go‑to expert within the team.
