About The Position

Burson is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to work with iconic brands in the beauty, retail, and CPG sectors. As a member of WPP Onefluence, you will join a full-service network offering unparalleled global influencer marketing expertise to meet our clients' needs. Influencer marketing is at the core of our business, and we are looking for someone as passionate about this universe as we are. We want candidates who live and breathe social media, are tuned into trends, and have a strong interest in beauty and retail.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated interest in influencer marketing, public relations, digital marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Understanding of data and metrics from major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging channels).
  • In-depth knowledge of the influencer marketing ecosystem, its role, and best practices.
  • Experience with influencer research and evaluation platforms such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, or other platform-integrated tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage priorities and handle a high volume of requests.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas.
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and colleagues.
  • Creative mindset and problem-solving ability.

  • Experience in managing influencer programs is an asset!

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, negotiate, manage, and measure influencer marketing programs, with a focus on seeding collaborations aligned with strategic plans defined by the management team and clients.
  • Plan and effectively manage influencer mobilization and follow-up for large-scale mailings.
  • Develop campaign reports by tracking and optimizing organic and sponsored influencer content.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in social media, platforms, technologies, and influencers in the Canadian market.
  • Conduct social media monitoring and research to identify online conversation trends and spot key influencers.
