JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for coordinating aeronautical documents, manuals, subscriptions, and safety-related material to support safe and regulatory-compliant operations. Acts as an intermediary between internal teams, regulatory authorities, and suppliers, while ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and managed cost-effectively.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary or college diploma in a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive relevant experience in the aviation sector or a related field;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel);
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
  • Strong team spirit;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written;
  • Autonomous and motivated individual, capable of working under pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical experience is considered an asset;
  • Working knowledge or experience with SharePoint and various Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) publication systems is an asset;
  • Knowledge of French is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development of aircraft Minimum Equipment Lists (MELs);
  • Ensure control and distribution of manufacturer publications, verify accuracy and currency of applicable lists, documents, and systems, and upload relevant documents to SharePoint;
  • Act as a liaison between Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Transport Canada regarding MEL submissions and approvals;
  • Resolve subscription issues with relevant suppliers;
  • Collaborate with the finance department regarding subscription invoices and dispute resolution;
  • Perform cost analyses to optimize subscription profitability;
  • Perform any other related tasks, as needed.
