Pulsar is looking for a Project Coordinator to lead and monitor multidisciplinary projects. This role involves taking charge of maintenance, construction, and investment projects, ensuring short, medium, and long-term planning, scheduling, and financial monitoring. The coordinator will define and implement steering indicators and control elements for a weekly updated dashboard. They will also develop project schedules, anticipate internal and external resource conflicts, analyze deviations from the approved baseline, identify risks, and propose corrective actions. The position requires preparing and analyzing budget forecasts for revenues and expenses, supporting project managers and stakeholders in detailed project planning, and coordinating project implementation through planning meetings with all internal and external interfaces. The role also contributes to the continuous improvement of the Project Management process and its tools, and assumes any additional tasks or responsibilities related to the function. Specifics include external work planning (short-term <1 month and long-term up to 60 months), resource planning, and cost monitoring.
