About The Position
Toromont Cat is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team! This is a full-time, permanent position. The base salary is $49,845.00 - $62,305.00, and may include discretionary or performance-based bonuses as part of a total compensation program. As a Service Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work within one of the safest companies in the industry, for the best-in-class equipment dealer with the premium Caterpillar brand. Requirements
- Minimum post-secondary education.
- Two or more years of experience in a service support or operations role.
Responsibilities
- Handles the opening, closing, and billing of work orders.
- Participates in the dispatch of work and technicians.
- Prepares quotes, purchase requisitions, parts requests, and other material resources.
- Responds to calls from customers and Parts & Service representatives.
- Provides administrative support to the foreman.
