Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in design/coordination.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written) to interact with various project stakeholders.

  • Preference is given to individuals with experience working on bridge construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical proposals, ensuring they are issued in accordance with specified design and quality standards.
  • Participate in functional and management responsibilities; contribute to accountability in project execution, including adherence to contract, schedule, and budget.
  • Track document submissions, document and report progress, and alert team members to risks related to potential delays.
  • Support the project's procurement and subcontracting process.
  • Ensure compliance of processes for the design change management plan, requests for information, and site instructions.
  • Prepare regular progress reports.
