This role supervises, trains, coaches, and supports Workforce Specialists to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery for program participants. In addition to staff leadership, this position provides wraparound case management, career coaching, and job placement services to individuals in need through the organization’s workforce programs. As a collaborative member of the Workforce team, this role contributes to strengthening individuals and families through a holistic approach to education and employment. Key responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive employment and education services, delivering career coaching and intensive case management, and facilitating the full continuum of workforce programming, including job readiness and soft skills training.
