The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for assisting in managing day-to-day call center operations based upon plans set by Workforce Planning Analysts. This includes processing time off requests, answering associate inquiries, monitoring daily incoming workloads, and balancing resources to meet service level objectives. The role also involves assisting with managing associate schedules and supporting call center reporting, allocation, and other call center technologies.
