The Workforce Programs Coordinator provides advanced administrative, technical, and compliance support to the Weld County Workforce Center and the Weld County Workforce Development Board (WCWDB). This position performs specialized duties that ensure effective Board operations, adherence to state and federal workforce requirements, and the consistent implementation of division-wide processes. Serving as the One-Stop Operator, the Coordinator fosters collaboration among partner agencies, supports strategic workforce initiatives, and represents Weld County in a highly professional manner during interactions with business leaders, community partners, and local elected officials. This role requires strong organizational judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to independently manage complex responsibilities in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. This position does not provide direct employment services to clients but instead ensures the effective coordination, compliance, and administrative operations of the division. Strong self-starter that is deadline driven. Primary office location is the Greeley campus. Reliable, predictable attendance within department business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. This position is in-person and is not eligible for consistent telework arrangements.
