About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator supports shipping and receiving operations, ensuring transactions and shipments are completed accurately and in alignment with production and customer needs. The role works with quality control, customer service, material handlers, and forklift operators, and assists with training new warehouse associates. The scheduled shift is Friday through Sunday, 3:55 a.m. to 4:05 p.m.

Requirements

• Advanced SAP skills in shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety protocols.
• Use SAP for shipping and receiving.
• Review picking and shipping errors.
• Run daily SAP reports to ensure all shipping and receiving transactions are completed.
• Work with QC, customer service, material handlers, and forklift operators to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with training new warehouse associates.
• Ensure proper shipment of LTL, TL, and parcel shipments.
• Monitor STOs for internal component needs across the PLZ network.
• Ensure TOs are in place and aligned with the production schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
