Coordinator - Volunteer Services
About The Position
This is a part-time position (24 hours per week) with a day shift schedule, located at Fishers Hospital within the Volunteer Services department. The role involves assisting in the planning, directing, and coordinating of the Volunteer Services program, providing administrative support to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness, and aiding in the training of volunteers on new policies and procedures. The position also requires maintaining records of volunteers and their hours, offering daily guidance to volunteers, and managing a feedback process to improve work processes and employee understanding.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with volunteers preferred.
