About The Position
This is a part-time position (24 hours per week) located at the Fishers Hospital, supporting the Volunteer Services department. The role involves assisting in the planning, directing, and coordinating of the Volunteer Services program, providing administrative support to enhance program efficiency, and training volunteers on new policies and procedures. The coordinator will maintain records of volunteers and hours, offer daily guidance to volunteers, and manage a feedback process to improve work processes and employee understanding.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with volunteers preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assists in planning, directing, and coordinating the Volunteer Services program.
