About The Position

Columbus Crew is seeking a Coordinator, Training Center Operations to ensure safe and effective operations of Historic Crew Stadium and Ohio Health Performance Center, including day-to-day management of stadium functions. This is a full-time, on-site position in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be a leader and team player who advances the mission and vision of the Columbus Crew and Haslam Sports Group.

Requirements

Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in high-stress, live-event situations.
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience in stadium operations or facility management.

Responsibilities

Lead Columbus Crew 2 matchday operations, including event management, event readiness, in-match stadium operations, and event reset.
Oversee the Stadium Operations Assistant at Historic Crew Stadium and Ohio Health Performance Center, including hiring, scheduling, and staff development.
Manage the day-to-day task list for Historic Crew Stadium.
Lead event changeovers for Historic Crew Stadium and Ohio Health Performance Center.
Provide operational support and staff for special events, festivals, concerts, game days, and hospitality functions.
Assist with daily building functions at Ohio Health Performance Center.
Manage the Stadium Operations PM schedule and identify work orders.
Assist with developing, managing, and updating department policies and procedures.
Aid in monitoring and executing necessary building inspections.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
