About The Position

As a true anchor within the Talent and Culture team, the chosen candidate will bridge the gap between a new talent's arrival and their growth within the company. This is a dual role: providing essential support to scout our future team members, and ensuring their administrative and human journey is flawless, from day one to payday.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a Talent and Culture coordination role or a similar function.
  • A very good foundation in Talent/HR support is essential.
  • Act with exemplary ethics and a high sense of responsibility when handling sensitive files.
  • Demonstrate consistent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, particularly in producing official documents and payroll follow-ups.
  • Show agility in dynamically managing priorities and act as a true partner to all team members.
  • Mastery of both French and English, written and spoken, in order to support our international operations and collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the arrival of new team members (preparing contracts, welcome kits, equipment logistics, and introducing the company culture).
  • Thoughtfully answer daily questions from team members regarding internal policies, vacations, or benefits.
  • Ensure rigorous data collection and information validation to guarantee the accuracy of each payroll cycle.
  • Draft official documents (employment confirmation letters, contract amendments) and keep culture tools and policies up to date.
  • Oversee the digital organization and filing of employee records with exemplary structure.
  • Support various projects and initiatives driven by the department.
  • Post career opportunities across various platforms and social networks.
  • For specific roles, perform initial resume screening to identify profiles that match our needs.
  • For specific roles, organize interviews between candidates and internal teams (e.g., managing complex calendars).
  • Conduct professional reference checks and follow up on verification files.
  • Act as a key resource to ensure rigorous follow-up with candidates starting at the job offer stage.
