As a Culture Advisor, you’ll serve as a trusted partner, coach, and change agent—aligning business goals with people strategies to strengthen engagement and performance across the organization. You’ll play a vital role in cultivating a high-performing, Team Member-centered culture where individuals feel supported, heard, and inspired to do their best work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience across employee relations, engagement, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of Federal and California employment laws
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for building strong cultures
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Nice To Haves

• PHR/SPHR preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as the first stop for Team Members, addressing concerns and fostering an environment of trust, inclusion, and respect.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, promotions, and workforce planning.
• Lead initiatives and events that boost morale, strengthen relationships, and reinforce our mission-driven culture.
• Navigate Federal and California employment laws, ensuring policies reflect our commitment to fairness and accountability.
• Shape every stage of the employee experience, from hiring and onboarding to benefits, compensation, and development.
• Anticipate HR needs, recommend solutions, and contribute to programs that elevate both people and performance.
